Product Quality and Variety

We at Kalpav believe in delivering only the finest quality produce to our trusting customers. We procure only the finest and the best. Maintaining the quality standards is of paramount importance to us. Kalpav focuses on superior quality right from the procurement of the produce till the packaging of the final product to match international standards. Kalpav has a license from Food safety and security authority of India (FSSAI).

We at Kalpav conscientiously select only the finest quality products after a meticulous process of product selection, because you deserve only the best. Maintaining the quality standards is of paramount importance to us. Kalpav focuses on superior quality right from the procurement of the produce till the packaging of the final product to match international standards. Kalpav has a license from Food safety and security authority of India (FSSAI).

Delivery and Shipping

We have Same day delivery policy. 3 PM is the cut-off time for the same day delivery between Monday-Saturday and 12PM on Sundays. All the orders received within the cut-off time will be delivered the same day whereas the orders received post cut-off time will be delivered the next working day.

In the event of any emergency situation or any unforeseen incidents or climatic conditions, we request our customers to expect certain delay in their delivery time.

Order Tracking:

At every step of your order from placing it, order confirmation, shipping and finally delivering it, we provide you with SMS/emails. Your order tracking id and other related details are sent to you once order has been shipped from our end. Please do make sure to provide your mobile number to receive the tracking SMS.

Ordering Multiple items

We always prefer to deliver all the items in your order in a single batch so that you can relish them as and when you wish. However, in certain rare instances due to unavailability of a product in our storage facilities, we deliver the available items within the above-mentioned period and subsequently the remaining items will be delivered once they are available.

Change of billing address, delivery address and phone number

You may provide different delivery addresses at the time of placing an order. You can call us at +91 9160448866 (10am – 7pm) to change your delivery details for an order you’ve placed and that has not yet been dispatched. However, please note once your order has been dispatched by us, we cannot change the delivery address. All the information provided by you is stored securely and is not shared with anyone

Payments Options:

We provide Online Payment options via trusted payment gateways. You may pay using netbanking, debit cards, credit cards, and UPI. You may also pay via popular payment wallets. All the information provided by you is stored securely and is not shared with anyone.

Online Payment Failure:

  • In case of online Payment failure or double payment…need not worry, we shall look into the error, payment failure may happen due to multiple reasons and refunds are usually done within 7 to 14 business days.
  • Payment information is transferred to us from the payment gateway only when the payment is successful. If you have received the amount debit message from your bank but the transaction is unsuccessful, you can contact us at +91 9160448866 (10am – 7pm) or care@kalpav.com and we will get it checked.
  • In case your account has not been deducted for payment, please retry the transaction.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order till you do not receive your order dispatch and tracking details (either as a message or email based on your chosen method). You can contact us on Whatsapp/Call us at 9160448866 (10am – 7pm)or care@kalpav.com and we will get it checked.

Shipping

Do you ship overseas? Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply. You can contact us at or care@kalpav.com for more details.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use our in-house logistics team for our deliveries.

Returns and Replacements

Can I return my product?
All our products undergo stringent quality check right from procurement to dispatch. We always aim to make sure our customers love our products. As a policy, we do not acceptreturns. We only replace the product under certain grounds.

You can opt for replacement of goods in case the product is not ofpromised quality or the goods are damaged. The proof of damage should be shared by means of any of the listed communication channels. We shall revert within 24 business hours and assist youby all means and do the needful.
